Carly Markelz

Carly brings to the table passion, empathy and creativity to help youth realize their true potential. She is a strong believer that when it comes to our clients, you can't fit a square peg into a round hole. She approaches each client with a fresh perspective and vault of knowledge to help steer them in the right direction. She is a big proponent of experiential learning and likes to tie in recreation and adventure to her coaching.

Carly has supported youth and young adults through the spectrum of treatment, including wilderness, residential, and young adult transition programs. She has combined 4 years of experience working in supportive roles, including 6 months as the on-site Program Director at Pacia's Puerto Rico location. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from University of Delaware with a Minor in Human Services.

When she isn't working she spends her days hiking, rock climbing and snowboarding. And frolicking around Salt Lake with her Puetro Rican pup named Scrap.
