The Kreative Space is New Perspective’s job training program. Clients work with certified employment specialists & job coaches to learn and practice job skills. Employment specialists also support clients with resume editing, interview practice, applications, and eventually with getting a job!
Students are expected to treat their time at the Kreative Space like a job. They clock in and out, and receive a stipend for their work as they practice executive functioning, emotional regulation, etc., in the context of a workplace.
Students learn to make, market, and sell their own products. Currently the Kreative Space has a woodshop & warehouse to support woodworking, resin pouring, painting & digital art, soap making, sewing, and more.
